IRELAND【Book Review】

I recalled when I studied the history of Ireland when I was in high school...
Most Irish people got to church, but Ireland is not always quiet and peaceful. Since 1968, thousands of people have died in Northern Ireland. But most Irish people are not interested in the fighting.
Ireland, I think, is a complicated country. Catholic, England, America, even potatoes(?), many things and countries related to and made the country. However, it's the English come to Ireland that the history of England began. The book allows you to learn about Ireland.
One of the most interesting monasteries is Skellig Michael. It is on an island in the Atlantic fifteen kilometers south-west of Ireland. It is a beautiful, windy place. The island is 100 meters high, and in bad weather it is impossible for a boat to get there. It is a good place to think, and to be near God. The Irish monks thought no one could hurt them here, but they were wrong...

My Game Life

Hi! What's up? Today, I watched WWDC online, which is Apple's conference for developers and fans. The event was started streaming from 2:00 a.m.(JST). That's is why I'm sleepy now... iOS11, new MacOS, new iPad Pro, iMac Pro, and HomePod are a little exciting for me. Strictly speaking, I was not especially surprised at these  this time. Anyway, Today's topic is My Game Life. I spend my weekend on playing video game. My favorite is Battlefield 1. Battlefield 1 is based on WWI. Weapons, vehicles, buildings... everything are described minutely. I like to study history, so playing Battlefield 1 allows me to learn the history. They'll provide us new contents this month. I can't miss it!! You can ride a horse and fight enemies. I want to share my other favorite video games, so I decide to post a blog about video games which I recommend to you! Don't miss it!!

1984【Book Review #4】

His finger moved on the table. He wrote in the dust:  2 + 2 = 5 ‘ They can ’ t get inside you ,’ she had said. But they could get inside you. And when they did , something inside you died. The world in 1984 was divided into three regions , ー Eurasia , Eastasia and Oceania. Lives and thoughts of people were controlled by the governments , which also means nobody couldn ’ t have own thought. The main character , Winston , lives in England , where belongs to “ Oceania ” and works for Big Brother , the head of “ Oceania ” . Winston is against for him but others  support him without any questions. He is losing his past under the control , but found the manipulation of the party. Also , he is in love with Julia , one of the Big Brother Party , which is not allowed. However , his longing for her just grew and grew... After reading , I supposed what I could do in this world. I felt there is something real in this book. And I could understand what the cover of this boo

The story didn't sound very exciting at first. 'I went to a factory today,' John said. That paint factory by the river. No, wait, Andrew. Paint factories can be very exciting. They gave me a job there. I'm going to have my own office, a big car, lots of money - in fact, we're going to be rich...!  Mr. Duncan had did successful business of boats with his wife at first. Then they borrowed too much money to build bigger and better boats, and his wife passed away. After that, he closed his business. He has one daughter and one son to raise and he has to get enough money to raise them, but he is too old to get a new job.  One day, A paint factory gave him a good job, with his own office, a big car and lots of money.
